Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

If there is a delay due to high order volume or an inventory issue, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and carrier rates.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • USPS: 3–7 business days

  • UPS Ground: 2–6 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.


Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
InfiniTea Candles™ is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or severe weather

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check:

  • With neighbors

  • Around porches or side doors

  • With your local post office


Return-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Failure to pick up

  • Failure to schedule redelivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

The customer may request:
1. Reshipment (additional shipping fees apply)
2. Refund minus original shipping and 10% restocking fee
