Refund policy
We want you to love your Perfect Pillars™ purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns under the following guidelines:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
- Products that have been used, altered, damaged, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned items have been received and inspected.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
